I have rercently had major plumbing work done both at my home and at my business, meeting with several plumbing companies. I used Challenge Rooter because we were having a massive back at work which shut down several toilets, sinks, dishwashers and cleaning areas we use for our business. The law attempts to help resolve issues with sidewalk maintenance and who’s responsible for it for sidewalks that exist in front of individual pieces of property. What Is Sidewalk Certification?

After an Oakland sidewalk liability ordinance inspection, you’ll have to complete repairs/replace your sidewalk, or you’ll receive what’s known as an Oakland sidewalk certification.
